To help us provide timely care for all patients, we kindly ask clients to provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a $51.50 cancellation fee. Missed appointments (no-shows) will also incur a $51.50 fee.Please note that if you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, your appointment may be cancelled and will be subject to a missed appointment fee.Any outstanding fees must be paid in full before booking or attending future medical appointments.We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you have concerns or need to make changes to your appointment, please contact our team as soon as possible—we’re here to help.Surgical Appointment PolicyTo schedule your pet's surgical procedure, please call our clinic to book an appointment. Every patient has unique medical needs, and our team will work with you to determine the most appropriate care for your pet. Surgeries are performed Monday through Thursday, and a $100 deposit is required to secure your pet's surgical booking.On the day of surgery, please arrive at 8:30 a.m. for your pet's admission. The admission process typically takes 10–15 minutes. To help ensure your pet's safety during anesthesia, please withhold all food after 10:00 p.m. the night before the procedure. Your pet may continue to have access to fresh water unless your veterinarian provides different instructions.Most patients are ready to go home mid to late afternoon, and our team will contact you when your pet is ready for discharge and review any post-operative care instructions with you.If you need to reschedule your pet's surgery, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice. Missed surgical appointments or cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to a $100.00 fee plus applicable taxes. We appreciate your understanding, as advance notice allows us to offer appointment times to other patients in need of surgical care.
